Yes! We ask for a $50 deposit in order to come visit your property to discuss your expectations and be sure you are locked into our books when you are ready to schedule your cleaning. We ask that you provide us with your square footage prior to the consultation so we can send a baseline price to give a better idea of the price already in mind! The deposit also applies to the price of your service if you are agreeing to move forward with us!

We ask that there is basic pick up done prior to us arriving as well as having the kitchen sink emptied so we can begin degreasing appliances ASAP. Otherwise, we will take care of the rest!

Yes! The less we have to work around, the better for everyone. Simply to manage time well and so we are not potentially disrupting anything important!
