  • Service Agreement & Payment Policies

    Payment is accepted via cash, card, Venmo, or Paypal. If payment is made by check and the check is not cleared, the client is responsible for a chargeback fee and the remaining amount for the service.

    We understand that work schedules and other schedules sometimes get in the way of paying right away but we do ask that you pay for the services provided within 24 hour notice. If late, there is a $25 late fee per day applied until the invoice is fulfilled.

    All MOBILE payments must pay a 6% sales tax fee AND the 6% service fee additional to the final price.

    All CHECK payments must pay a 6% sales tax fee only in addition to the final price.

    Consultations

    At the time of consultation, it is important we assess all areas being covered in agreement and rule out previous damages that may pose a threat to the safety of our employees and for you. All houses are different and require a different level of cleaning, equipment, and supplies. We do this so we can be better prepared and have all necessary items needed for your home. We also ask at this time that you provide any additional information, supply preferences, allergies to any cleaners, if there are any items you would like to remain untouched during service, and please ask away with any questions or concerns you may have prior to service. After consultation, you receive your final estimate. The price IS subject to change during the cleaning process if the home drastically changes before we are able to provide services.

    We do require a $50 non refundable booking fee for consultations that is implemented into your final price for first time service. No exceptions will be made for this, thank you!

    Additional services

    Any added services that are not included in the service being provided will be an additional service fee. We schedule services throughout the day based on time it can take and this can interfere with our planned schedules. We are happy to accommodate you at any time with the additional fee as long as it is discussed so we can make the time for your service to be completed with the time needed.

    Cancellation Policy

    Clients must give 48 hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. If 48 hour notice isn’t given, there will be a 15% fee that is enforced. This 15% will be of the service that is canceled. If we need to cancel or reschedule during those 48 hours then we add a 15% discount for your next service. This protects both you and our company for any lost income and also for the inconvenience of us having to reschedule on your time. We value our time and yours and we hope you do the same!

    Last Minute Booking

    A last minute cleaning fee of $50 will be added for any service that is approved for scheduling and needs to be done within 48 hours.

    Complaints and Concerns

    We ask that any complaints be brought to the owners attention within 24 hours of services so we have the chance to make it right. We no longer offer refunds but we will send someone out to correct any mistakes. We are human and even though we strive to be 100%, sometimes mistakes can be made and we are always here to resolve any concerns.

    Minimum Cost of Services

    Due to the cost of gas, supplies, and employees we are not implementing a minimum cost of services of $150. For example, if you need the laundry room cleaned, that service will be $150 minimum.

    Safe Working Conditions

    We ask that the workplace be safe for our employees. If our employees feel unsafe by a client, animals in home, or other matters that may threaten their safety then we have the right to terminate service at any moment during that time. This will be documented and you may be required to pay the cost of services in full.

    We also ask that the area of work space be well ventilated and that you have proper room temperatures for our employees. OSHA recommends temperatures to be 68-76 degrees. Proper heating and cooling at time of service should be a clear given, but we want to be sure we are clear on all information in regards to this issue.

    Proper break times: We understand that the work be done in a timely manner but our employees also need rest periods. Every employee is entitled to 10-15 minutes of rest within a4 hour period. Anything over 6 hours will be a 30 minute break.

    We ask that any items that may pose a threat to our employees be put up at the time of service. Ex; firearms must be locked, mouse traps with poison must be disclosed at time of service, any fire hazards must be disclosed or fixed before the time of cleaning.

    Damages

    If there are any accidental damages done by employees it is to be brought to the attention of the client immediately. Damages are to be accessed at the time of cleaning and walk through at the end of cleaning. We ask that you notify us within 48 hours if any damages are found. If it goes past 48 hours then we may reserve the right to deny any damages due to faulty or improper installation of items.

    Bugs

    We have the right to refuse service to anyone who has infestation issues. If we find bed bugs then we are able to take legal action as this poses a threat to our employees, their families, and other clients. We will be happy to clean after proof of extermination is present and proof of bugs being completely freed from the home. We hope this is understandable!

    Immediate Termination Of Services

    While this is very rare it could happen and we strive to avoid these situations, please help us to avoid these situations by not doing the following:

    Discrimination of sexual orientation and race.

    Harassment

    Any sort of abusive behavior towards our staff. Sexual, physical, or verbal abuse will not be tolerated.

    Any threats violence towards our staff.

    Any of these situations can lead to immediate termination of your services and your services must be paid in full by the time of termination or legal action will be taken as per agreement.
